If the plan is for whoever wins to simply hold the title until Rhea Ripley returns, then I honestly don't want to see WWE put the belt on Charlotte Flair or Jade Cargill.

Take a risk. Give the championship to Chelsea Green and let her establish herself at the top of the women's division.

She'll probably lose the title to Rhea when she comes back, but over the next three months, Chelsea has a chance to elevate herself to an entirely new level. Who knows? By the time Rhea returns, Chelsea might prove she's so valuable that WWE decides to make her Women's Champion for real.
