This sets up the best teams year in and year out to have a chance and is not dictated by any single conference demanding entry.

It is clear we need a “commissioner” for College Football. Allowing conferences to schedule their own games or allowing them to dictate how the playoffs go is a massive problem.

Check my thread of how this bracket can be fixed if we could just get the conferences out of the way.

Based on this logic

SEC would have 7 teams
Big10 would have 4
Big 12 would have 3
ACC would have 3
Independent 1 and group of 5 2

This gives 20 teams a chance at post season football. The conf champ games matter and the regular season matters. No more nonsense.
