Been a week now and I get a reply from @currys telling me to look at the troubleshooting guide as they don’t offer a repair service. The item is broken . it just needs replacing @SharkNinja shocking customer service from both

@currys @Currysupervisor I have now had a call from your complaints team to say they can not help me at all and must go through your eBay store . This does not work if they do not answer my messages . I just need a replacement Vacuum 😡 it’s under warranty 😳

Be warned everyone if you buy from @currys on their online eBay store they will not respond to any warranty claims @SharkNinja will not help either although the product a very expensive Robotic Vacuum is still very well within the 12 month warranty . 8 months in fact .

@SharkNinja I bought a Shark Robot vacuum through Currys and it’s broken down after 8 months . They won’t reply to me to get it replaced . I called your tech help and they told me they couldn’t help either ?

@currys just spent more time on the phone only to be told they can’t help me 😡 it’s simple it’s a faulty product so just replace it . It’s under the warranty period.

@CadacUK I must say your customer service is the worst I’ve every know . Since my Grillo burnout and melted you don’t want to know about it . Warranty requested proof of purchase and serial number , I sent this the day after but now I get no reply.I won’t go away like others do .
