The case is still in its formal investigation period wich ends later this year then after that abd mid 2027 the real trial start abd only after that ends there will be a verdict wich wont come till late 2027 or 2028

So no they werent doing anything for the past years bcs they were waiting for court and now decided to step in and start agaib
