Okay, these Saturday events are back up! Hopefully I don't jinx it and they get taken down again 😅

@erik4america@PeteButtigieg I think Pete understands the importance of going to the rural. That's how he won IA and he has been doing it as of late. Here are some of his appearances in rural areas.
Someone posted a 6-minute clip of Pete speaking with Sarah at the Bulwark event last night. Really good! And funny 😅
Here's the clip:

“It would be self-defeating to allow HBCUs to deteriorate because of a lack of support.” - @PeteButtigieg answering a question on the lack of support provided to HBCU’s and their importance to our country.
Russia is cooperating with Iran. So why is Trump cooperating with Russia?
Like the diesel deal, this decision is a gift to the very forces attacking our service members.
@brihana25 Not true. Pete told Politico he would have voted for Bernie Sanders' resolutions to block arms sales to Israel, opposes a new 10-year military aid pact, and supports a Palestinian state. He is also working non-stop to help elect Dems.
When the idea of @PeteButtigieg running for president comes up, I still hear a lot of knee-jerk comments that, "America will not vote for a gay man (yet)." I understand where that comes from, but here's the thing: they are not voting for "a gay man," as in "some gay man." They are voting for Pete.
They know him, they've seen him in action supporting candidates and taking on MAGA. They've seen him tell stories about his kids and pack venues and take jabs from @Chasten over the way he loads the dishwasher.
There is a logical fallacy in that knee-jerk, but I don't know of a name for it. It is like the inverse of an ad hominem. All down through history, the real, empathetic, flesh and blood person we know has always been the most powerful counter to stereotypes and biases.
Like the way Jackie Robinson was the best person to break the racial barrier in baseball, because he had the talent AND the temperament to win people over, Pete is as great an example of exactly the right guy to break this barrier as we could hope for.
PETE BUTTIGIEG on JOHN SUNUNU: "Being involved in the Epstein Files is something that he has never really satisfactorily put people's minds at rest around." #NHPolitics

@nerdypursuit I think Pete should dress casual for everything except formal events. The polo shirts are working for him! It makes him look so much more laid-back, and along with the beard, it completely sets his second run apart from his first. Also like his hair longer in the front.
