-Why was states created in the 1967? It was done to allow indigenous people with Ethnolinguistic affinity and similarities to control their local politics because during the regional set up, indigenous people who were minorities were politically subjugated.

So, it was the Igbos who sabotaged Awolowo's agenda of Nigeria having multi tiered policing system. I am very sure that you do not have the brain power to understand a decentralized policing system as a panacea to insecurity.
All crimes are local therefore, Local policing will stop Fulanii herdsmen menace. The Agenda of the Igbos was what truncated decentralized policing system in Nigeria.
-Why is Secession a crime in Nigeria? Thanks to Azikwe, Ironsi and Ojukwu. Azikwe accused Awolowo of being a tribalist because Awolowo said that Nigeria is an Amalgamation of ethnic nations therefore Any components should be free to leave Nigeria without any bloodshed, but Azikwe said No and asked to British to charge Awolowo for treason. Ironsi an Igbo sentenced Adaka Boro an Ijaw man to death for asking for self determination and Ojukwu led the army to wipe out Ijaw fighters who wanted to flee Igbo subjugation in the Eastern region in the first republic in 1966. It is therefore surprising that the people currently shouting Biafra or death are people who sabotaged the first republic constitution by preventing Secession clause from getting into Nigeria's constitution.
