You don't balance all of those. The list is a values collision, not a scheduling problem. Sleep is the non-negotiable because it is the input for the rest. Pick one relationship lane and one body lane for this month, and let "new friendships" and "improving mental health" be side effects of those two, not separate projects. The anxiety is mostly the fantasy that a good week contains every role at once.
@educated_scally What really hurts is that it makes the giver feel that all my good things are just romantic with you. You can not love or return, but you can't pretend that others have never given it.
You won’t return to your usual state all at once, but you’ll get there little by little, each time you choose not to give up on yourself. You don’t have to do much—just take care of yourself a little more: drink some water, eat something, take a few breaths, and break the next step down until it’s something you can do.
What happiness fears most isn’t comparison—it’s treating comparison as judgment.
If you must compare, compare with who you were yesterday—not to win or lose, but to see if you’re a little closer to yourself.
@MindHealthMaker Sadly, being a good person doesn’t always mean people will treat you well. Sometimes you have to learn that kindness also needs boundaries.
@emmyxtweets Exactly. Real healing is when you stop living to prove a point and start living because you genuinely love your life again. That kind of peace is the real win.
