@ITVXhelp I am watching ITVX on a fire stick; the app crashes every time the adverts come on and then I can’t skip to where I was; it always goes back to the beginning of the programme. It’s done this since turning to ITVX from the hub. Any advice?

@Tesco Very disappointed: went to fetch c&c. No order; no van; went in store, customer service didn’t know; found technical issue led to cancellation. No email, nothing on website Email came 8;47pm to say cancelled (4-6 slot) £10 promised not there. Terrible communication.
