The recent move to e-learning due to COVID-19 is shifting leadership. I see less command and control and more influence and innovation. When we trust staff to innovate and create our learners are much more engaged in their own learning. #thankateacher

These times have made me realize that I like and appreciate the parents that drove me crazy more than I thought. And that I miss the ornery kids who took up half my days just as much as the others, maybe even more!! Perspective is a good thing.
