@MTA back with more M train issues. It’s bad enough they come every 10 mins, it’s worse that the app times are inaccurate. Manhattan bound M train was scheduled to arrive at Freshpond at 858 but left at 856. Makes a huge difference.

@MTA the app is incredibly inaccurate & unreliable. It said there would be Manhattan bound M arriving on freshpond at 8:36, and it never showed. Now waiting for the next one to arrive in 1 min for the past 5 mins.

@MTA the M train at freshpond was supposed to arrive at 851 and instead came 846, the next schedule for 859 arrived at 901; why am I forced to wait 15 mins in the cold to be late for work. Can train times be accurate for once???

@NYCTSubway FreshPond Road. The train was scheduled to arrive 1:10 and arrived 1:08. Unfortunately this is one instance of many where the train arrives earlier than expected and need to wait 10 minutes for another

@MTA as if the long train times for the M aren’t frustrating enough, they don’t follow the schedules listed on MyMTA either. Incredibly unreliable and unfair to riders impacted on a daily basis
