Folic Acid Is A Lab Created Chemical Wreaking Havoc On Our Health.

They Spray Our Grains & Call It 'Fortified.'

They Add It To Our Supplements & Call It 'Necessary.'

Folate Is Required. Folic Acid Is Poison.

Synthetic lab created Folic Acid causes more harm than good & it's risks outweigh any potential benefit.

45% of the world's population cannot process or convert synthetic Folic Acid into Methyl Folate because of the MTHFR gene mutation.

Synthetic Folic Acid builds & builds within the body, accumulating & mutating to cause grave harm.

In addition to vitamin supplements, here in the US, we spray the chemical or synthetic form of folate, called folic acid, on basically all grains – wheat, corn, rice. We also ‘enrich’ foods containing grains with folic acid – things like bread, pasta, bagels, and cereal.

It is also added to energy drinks, gatorade type drinks & vitamin water drinks. The problem here in lies, this excessive synthetic Folic Acid accumulates & is harmful.

Your body can’t actually use folic acid. It’s not a real nutrient. They engineer it in a lab. The only way your body is able to use this synthetic nutrient is by converting it into actual folate, which it does by using an enzyme called MTHFR.

This makes it near impossible for a person to methylate folic acid & other B vitamins properly. Too much folic acid floating around & not enough methylated folate can snowball into a whole host of issues.

An increase in unmetabolized Folic Acid leads to many issues including fetal loss & miscarriage. First, it can lead to an immune dysfunction by dysregulation of natural killer cells, leading to increased tumorigenesis. Increased folic acid has been linked to accelerations of leukemia, colorectal & prostate cancers.

Accumulated synthetic Folic Acid also causes B12 deficiency anemia, leading to a host of mental & cognitive issues. Folic Acid causes liver damage, neurological issues, immune system dysregulation & blood clotting issues.

The answer is to remove ALL sources of synthetic Folic Acid from the diet. Eliminate inferior supplements containing Folic Acid. Remove all 'fortified' & 'enriched' grains & drinks.

You can heal an actual Folate deficiency with high Folate foods, consuming beef liver & a Methylated Folate supplement.

I’m sick to death of listening to people in power constantly complaining about the Triple Lock Pension saying it’s unsustainable.

I just read a paper talking about "folic acid deficiency" causing neural tube defects.

There is no such thing.

It's like saying "statin deficiency" or "vaccine deficiency".

Folate is a vitamin you can be deficient in.

I have to wait 7yrs to get my state pension when I was promised I’d receive it when I was 60yrs old.

I paid into the system all my working life & was then told it was now unaffordable for me to receive because the country couldn’t afford it.

How then can this government now suddenly afford to find £billions for people that have not paid a penny into the system.

Those of us who have paid in & still waiting should receive a refund for the years they’ve paid in & received nothing in return.

Quick Homemade Butter Mayo (Immersion Blender – makes about 1 cup)
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (or prepared mustard)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste; use ½ tsp if butter is unsalted)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled slightly to warm (not hot)

Directions:
1. Place the egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in a tall narrow jar or container that just fits your immersion blender head.
2. Insert the immersion blender to the bottom and blend for a few seconds until combined.
3. With the blender running, slowly pour in the melted butter. Move the blender up and down gently as it thickens into creamy mayo (about 30-60 seconds total).
4. Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed.

Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Britain is being sold off - quietly, relentlessly and on a scale that should alarm every citizen who cares about our economic and industrial independence.

Over the past 20 years, foreign companies have acquired thousands of British firms in deals worth hundreds of billions of pounds. Official ONS data on foreign buyers taking control of UK companies valued at £1m+ shows the sheer volume of overseas acquisitions:

▪️In the decade from 2016 to 2025 alone: more than 6,000 foreign acquisitions, with a combined value exceeding £630 billion.

▪️The trend has accelerated recently. Foreign takeovers of UK manufacturers, transport and retail firms rose for the third straight year in 2025. Overseas bidders snapped up cheap UK assets amid lower valuations.

▪️The stock of foreign-owned UK companies has exploded: from about 56,000 in 2015 to over 156,000 by 2025 - a 177% increase.

This is not abstract finance. It means that key decisions about British jobs, research, factories, supply chains and even critical infrastructure are increasingly made in boardrooms overseas. Short-term shareholder gains for sellers often come at the long-term cost of economic security, national capability, tax base, and strategic autonomy.

For two decades Britain has run one of the world’s most open asset grabbing playgrounds. The result? A steady hollowing-out of the industrial and corporate base that once defined us. The “family silver” keeps leaving the country - while politicians just throw around empty rhetoric about British growth and sovereignty.

Britain has become an asset grab. We are being plundered. It is a major part of our national decline.
