@lovyPrimzy1 This happened to me. My roofing crews went to the wrong house and roofed it. I ate the cost $15K, the owner felt bad and gave me a $1,000. Tried to refuse it but he insisted. Three years later a hail storm came through, I got his house and 5 others in the street.

@EscambiaFLMan I agree a dollar a drink to a bartender. As someone who worked my way through college as a bartender, believing you start a top at 20% is a joke. 15% is what I start the tip at for OK service and then go up from there. If I get good service 20-25, great 30%
