@pauladams40 @catmac705 I applaud your openness and agree there is too much stigma surrounding MH issues. Mine prompted me to change career at 48. I'm hoping I can use my experiences to help and inspire young people.

@DrLeeCoutts @StrathDigitalEd This is proving a great way to practice using OneNote and start using some of the skills learned in the MIE course. Maybe I'll finally be able to ditch all those paper lists🤣
