@aprilswiftiee I use compression gloves for hand pain, I have a leg compression device which massages my calves, and I have regular massages to ease muscles. Capsicum cream is good for pain around the neck and shoulders. I also have Botox for TMJ pain.

@aprilswiftiee I was fed up of being messed around, so I went to A&E in the middle of an attack, that way you bumped up the list as they’ll want to diagnose you. I was then kept in with heart monitor for 5 days.

@aprilswiftiee Do you know what you should be doing to help? You should be eating a lot more salt than normal, it’ll help retain blood volume so you are less lightly to faint. Compression socks can help stop blood pooling to your feet so the brain won’t lose its supply
