@AmericanAir Well, I tried to file a claim on your website, but it's asking for all sorts of info I don't have. It's a loss for me but I won't be flying AA due to the fact that people go through your bags and swap items for their personal use after being forced to check my bag.

Hey @AmericanAir, I left vacation with a Black Adidas bucket hat in my carry on, then was forced to check my carry on in PUJ because of no space, and when I finally get home and unpack my case, I have a Grey Adidas bucket hat, that I've never seen before in my life that smells.
