@HRecruit@Greenhouse has been my go-to ATS at the last 4 companies due to structured hiring capabilities that make it equitable for all candidates. And super easy for interviewers! Currently using Pàylocity as the HRIS and the onboarding is horrid. Way better than Paycom though.
@Adam_Karpiak I could write a booklet for each time I had to prepare detailed plans, advise how to solve their challenging personnel problems, etc. and then was ghosted or hear 3 weeks later that they have downgraded the role/salary since I provided solutions they instantly implemented.

@KatrinaKibben I like being salty in certain situations, and sometimes I pepper my comments with touches of honey to curry f(l)avor from audiences. Not a sage when it comes to these things, but hopefully I can improve over thyme.
