Today, endorsements are meant to open for CEC candidates. As of this moment we have heard nothing other than the banning of candidates, and subsequent reinstatement of some, by people who have made this process as opaque as possible.

This is not good enough.

We are appalled by the unreasonable barring of Ian Spencer from running for CEC.

We call for Ian Spencer's candidacy to be reinstated immediately and urge members to support the Grassroots Left slate to elect a CEC that prioritises member democracy.
