@SW_Help my husband was due to get the 10.33 from Dorchester South to Waterloo which is now running late. This will make him too late for his appointment. He is getting the 9.33 instead. Trust this is ok and his ticket will be valid

@marksandspencer these flowers were due to be delivered on Sat 18th April. Yodel failed to deliver and today reattempted delivery. These were for a 90th birthday. Do you not have standards for your couriers - dead flowers delivered 11 days late for a 90th birthday.

@SW_Help re travel today Dorchester South to Waterloo - is it just the trains listed that are cancelled due to blocked line or are all trains cancelled.Husband due to travel on 12.57 to Waterloo. Is the 11.57 still running if there is a tree blocking line?
