@hfhotels@priceline I was confirmed for my trip by both of your establishments and charged. I cant find my bookings on either on your sites. I called both there is no answer on why. Can any of you please rectify this situation. My trip is less than a week and a half away.

@PlayStation I need a resolution and a refund I am a high level (level 3 they told me ) customer. And this will forever impact me doing business with you going forward. Having operators deny knowing who they are and hanging up on loyal customers like me.
