@MDOT_A2 Traffic construction at Zeeb and Jackson Ave. was in deadlock, as of 12:50 PM on 9/10. The constricted one lane westbound on Jackson and the Michigan left off of Zeeb Northbound created an intractable deadlock, such that no one could move. There is no traffic mgmt.
