I noticed that when designing a confirmation modal, generic microcopy like "Yes" and "No" forces the user to re-read the header just to make sure they are clicking the right thing.
Here you can see why explicit button labels work so much better: "Yes" / "No" Ambiguous. What am I saying yes to? can make users confuse. "No, keep it" and "Yes, Delete!" leaves absolutely no room for error.
@IkonoCatherine My dear itโs fine I later learned to make hair growth oil so itโs grew back, now when ever I remember that encounter I donโt endure any slight discomfort in the saloon.
If you're reading this, don't forget to pause tonight and look at how far youโve come. Be grateful for the tools you have today while you build for tomorrow. ๐ฅนโจ
Looking back at where I started versus where I am right now... my heart is just incredibly full. Itโs a beautiful thing to realize you are currently living in the answers to your past prayers.
Iโm officially a She Code Africa Cycle 4 Alumna! ๐โจ
What started as a goal to sharpen my Product Design skills turned into months of intensive learning, late-night tasks, and an amazing community of women.
Huge thanks to @SheCodeAfrica and my mentor for the support.
@UfotUbon That feeling when the work pays off is so surreal. Honestly, Iโm grateful for the opportunities and ready to level up. My rule became simple: 1% daily. No excuses, no matter how exhausted I am. Striving to be better than yesterday, every single day.
