@notchrisvolpe @TMobile File complaint w/ FCC. I had issues with Verizon, months of interactions, asking for credits for nonstop billing mistakes, promising me it was fixed, then not. Filed a complaint with FCC & got a call 2 days later from an English speaking employee and it was finally taken care of.
