@parcelforce expecting a parcel to be delivered last week. However an attempt was made apparently when I was in. rescheduled for the parcel to be collected from a local post office but someone tried to deliver the parcel today. Can someone look into this ASAP not happy about this

@O2 Finally managed to get hold of an advisor to ask a general question, absolutely shocking. Unable to answer a generic query, kept putting on on hold. @O2 has gone down the hill over the years. Very poor. They don’t even respond to DM’s what a joke
