@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve already done that and there is no clear instructions as to how I get booked in for one, hence why I am writing to you here. I can’t ring as I’m not classed as vulnerable or a key worker, so what do I do?! There’s no booking system online, so the website is useless to me
