Alan Bates is considering Privately Prosecuting the Bosses of the Post Office for Corporate Manslaughter.
RT If you support him, it is the only way there will be justice.
I’m trawling through privatised NHS contracts. Just found one from June 2022 for Frank Hester’s Phoenix partnership- for Hull University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust.
If you think NHS orgs should drop these contracts with Frank Hester’s company, retweet this 🚨
Israel has killed over 11,500 Palestinian children in Gaza and the West Bank since October 7th, when 36 Israeli children were killed.
It’s impossible to imagine that number. This is what it looks like. A line 5km long.

A woman from County Durham with learning difficulties and depression.
Prosecuted & convicted last week in the Single Justice Procedure for not paying her TV Licence.
She's a constituent of Conservative Party chairman @RicHolden
This is the letter she sent to the court.

The Post office was ordered to pay nearly £60 million in compensation to 555 victims
But astronomical legal costs meant that hundreds of sub-postmasters still remain out of pocket and a lot have died before receiving justice.

@YWhelp can you let me know the noise restrictions on roadworks in an residential area? I have workmen drilling outside of my house at 9.15pm and will be going on for another hour. We have had no notice of any works given.

The real stigma in addiction is the unspoken hierarchy of what's an 'accepted' addiction and what's not.
Drugs and alcohol aren't the only things that are addictive.
Shopping, pornography, gambling, workaholism, food, relationships: any self soothing mechanism has the potential to be addictive.
Addiction is a cycle of attempting to soothe our nervous system, our own racing thoughts, and feelings of isolation in ways that help in the short term and create suffering in the long term.
There's also a less talked aspect of emotional addiction. The cycle of highs and lows that come with seeking (and sneaking), the adrenaline and cortisol rushes, the excitement, the intense shame.
This familiar cycle actually serves a purpose. It's chronic distraction from: our inner pain, our racing thoughts, and our feelings of unworthiness.
Working in substance recovery centers, I learned quickly how much time and energy an addiction takes up in a person's life. This is can be a 'positive' for someone that's running from a conflict within themselves.
Stillness and being in ones own thoughts is the greatest fear of someone stuck in the cycle of addiction.

New Education Minister, gives a middle finger salute to members of the public outside Downing Street. If there is one image that captures everything that is wrong with this Government- it’s this.
They blame Labour for the economy. Still.
They blame Covid for the costs and damage of Brexit.
They blame the EU for the deal they signed then lied about to win.
And now they’ll blame the war for the cost of living crisis.
That’s not governing. It’s just failure and whining.
@whiley_fox@sanditoksvig I’d love to see her live. This series has just shown me how warm she is. The world so needs more of this. However they never take their shoes off to get on the beds!
I think Great Escapes with @sanditoksvig might just be the most wonderful program to watch. Wonderful places to stay but the time spent on relationships and the praise of women just warms my heart. Sandi makes the whole thing effortless. Wish the whole world was just more this.
@whiley_fox@sanditoksvig Just the positive affirmation Sandi provides for women just makes me so happy. What a series. I think I may be a little in love
