It’s safe to say that anything on or around a murder victim may be evidence. The necklace was broken during the act. It should have went to evidence. Why is that hard for you to grasp?

Another thing, Harpole’s stretcher story. You can’t just walk into an ER and a trauma room. ERs are locked.

They were arguing the prosecution had not made a case for the aggregated charge.

They can only argue what the prosecution presents in the preliminary.
