@BritSimonSays @ckuck @curtisatlaw If we, two well educated and financially secure individuals can’t get an NIE to enter, I doubt their criteria is as open as was suggested. I’d say the governing factor is if it aligns with their current interests and agenda. Nothing more.

@curtisatlaw @BritSimonSays @ckuck 2/2 in preparation to relocate. We would be creating jobs and adding to the economy which was our push. Our relocation was time sensitive due to the wedding. Which was scheduled around our immigration. Which we are now going to miss

2/2 the email does seem to hint that amendments to the proclamation will leave people with little time to enter the USA before their visas expire. The response took 3 days. Maybe an amendment ( not the rescinding) is planned.
