I added this deck to one of my rental properties.

I was able to take the rent up from $700 to $1200 per month. The tenant moved out but I rented it quickly at the higher amount.

This is the way you make more cash as a landlord AND make your tenants lives better.

@StrongTowns Hopefully some of the new development in America can become more stable amd resilient over time. It's a hard comparison to Europe or other dense areas, which are often much older. Although the nature of new spawl impedes this growth, so idk.

@Boenau It is a positive feedback loop of road building. I see super high gas prices as the only thing to stop the loop. Or public support of better planning hopefully.
