@c69388186 Keep going Jenni, I relapsed after 6 months and thought my world had ended but I learned so much from it that I’m now 18 months sober. As long as you learn from your mistake just take it as a bump in the road and part of your journey to sobriety. Keep strong 👍

@_teatotal_ If you’ve learned from your mistake it’s a step forward not backwards. I relapsed after 6 months and remembered how bad that feeling was. I’m 18 months now. Dust off and go again x

I think about my Dad every night at home drinking alcohol. He drinks heavily.
I’m always expecting that dreaded phone call.
If you have children or people around you who cares and you have a drinking problem get help. It effects all the people around you so badly. Be brave x

@StopDrinking4vr It is hard to start with but so worth it. I thank God everyday I got through the tough days and for giving me a new sober life to enjoy with my children. Believe in yourself you deserve to be happy x

Today I mark one year of sobriety. I am so happy for achieving something that I thought was impossible. Life is so simple and beautiful this way. If your struggling please fight it. It’s worth fighting for. You deserve to be happy x
