Yes, according to the Georgia State Election Board and reports from sources like The New Republic and 11Alive, Elon Musk's America PAC sent partially prefilled absentee ballot applications to voters in several Georgia counties in 2024, violating state law by omitting required disclaimers. The board issued a formal reprimand on February 18, 2026. No official response from the PAC was found in my searches.
