@hillingdon531 @N17WHI @FA_PGMOL No mate. You can still get carded when the ball is not in play but free kicks/pens can’t be given for those fouls. Let say a fight kicks off during a throw in, players will get carded, but a free kick is not awarded at the spot of the fight is it.
