Standing at the crossroads of business, technology, history and pragmatic conservatism. Serious winyl collector (wife’s term for wine and vinyl obsession)
@LizMacDonaldFOX It’s passed time to come up with another word to replace “educated”. “In debt” would be accurate but doesn’t capture the absence of intelligence.
@_bnovc@JethroT1971@bilalmahmood You definitely want to jump in and compete with businesses that run on a 2% net margin. Let’s get her down to .5% for The People!
@VickieforNYC@ConceptualJames If you were going to choose a business segment to go after with a non-profit alternative to help people, the segment with 2% gross margins would be Way Down The List.
@JoeConchaTV Let’s face it. Pelley’s move was sheer marketing genius. Most of the country doesn’t know 60 minutes is still on and they couldn’t pick the guy out of a lineup. I’m in their main demo (60+) and i couldn’t until now. Book to follow. Ghost-written
@junipertierson@biggieguana@amyforsandiego You sound like a reasonable person so i want to be polite here. “Cities can upgrade infrastructure “ is….well…. Very wishful thinking when it comes to to grid, sewers, water, and police emt and fire. Most municipalities are broke if they did real accounting for pensions etc
@JudyRosedesign@amyforsandiego YIMBYs don’t “elevate the conversation “. They mainly degrade the quality of life for people who actually have backyards (which they don’t but are jealous of those that do)
