People that lump type 1 diabetes (an autoimmune disease) in with type 2 diabetes (a dietary issue) clearly haven’t even googled the difference. Only 5% of diabetics have type 1.

@1neomonkey @JoshuaPotash Not all diabetics are the same. For type 1 diabetics (AKA type 1 juvenile diabetics), diet and exercise won’t help. You still need insulin everyday or you will die. There’s no cure. Type 1 diabetes is a genetic autoimmune disease. Meaning they are born with it.
