@manutdM16 @marksandspencer @StevensCS1 I think even the police force would agree they need more resources. But I also think big chains such as @marksandspencer and the like need to doing much more to protect customers, staff and their stock. Proactive security willing to go hands on for a start.

@marksandspencer @StevensCS1 Colin. I’ll answer that for you. The answer is, yes. Ultimately, the cost is passed on to paying customers. Although each store will likely have a loss buffer, so M&S will have already factored this in up to a certain point. Don’t expect them to answer that on social media though

@DJDirrtyDogg @aviationbrk This type comment shows the lack of understanding around Tourette’s. It is a recognised disability. A protected characteristic. He hasn’t above the law, you are correct. But he can’t help it as he is disabled. This case will see changes in aviation industry without a doubt.
