Terrible customer service, they tell you they will move it up the chain, and that you'll get a response shortly after you receive nothing for weeks. Then you reach back out they tell you yes we thoroughly investigated and yea we aren't holding true to what was said.

Well I complain about the service, and not receiving my transfer pre paid for months after and then being charged for over a year for what was supposed to be a discount. Now my premium verizon service.... Top myPlan is slower then Helium.... Wow.

I will try and not shop at Walmart the best I can. They kept my product where extremely rude and never gave me a refund. Their social is just too make then seem like they care about customer service. They do not.

Worse experience ever and I called multiple times and they have my email paid for the item online took it back and they never refunded me for a defective product. They promised last 3 times they would contact me back in 3 days.
