Lebron has to win a championship as a key contributor in order for him to add to his legacy. It’s Unfair, but he’s reached such a pinnacle that an MVP performance is all that matters. Logistics aside, a ring with the Thunder, Spurs, etc. will be treated like Mike’s Wizards stint
BREAKING: LeBron James will continue his NBA career for the 2026-27 season and has informed the Los Angeles Lakers that the franchise can move on without him because he will play elsewhere, Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul tells ESPN.
The fan in me has never been more happily wrong.
Unbiasedly, there needs to be a 30 for 30 made about what was said in that locker room after Game 3 in Atlanta. I’ve never seen a team go from going blow-for-blow with mid-tier talent to absolutely dominating like that #Knicksin5
In Conclusion,
2026 NFL Draft’s Biggest Winners:
1.NYJ
2. KC
3. TEN
4. LVR
5. DAL
Losers, though not many:
1. IND
2. HOU
3. DET (off of value)
4. MIA (off of value)
I won’t criticize teams getting their guys day 1, but some teams left better options on the board.
KC - Decent pick with Woods. I like McDonald, but he played with a stacked defense
NYJ - Good pick in Cooper. Number 1 target for the Heisman paired with big threat TE.
TEN - Buffalo is selling and TEN needs everything. Good value with Faulk
SEA - Price fills Walker’s spot.
LVR - We knew it was Mendoza 4 months ago
NYJ- Bailey was the correct pick for pass rush
ARI- Love is the right pick if you construct the team around him
TEN - Tate is a weapon for Ward. I like Tyson, but any WR works
NYG- Reese is a good pick if you use him at off-ball LB
HOU - Rutledge is a weird one with who was available. Didn’t need much defensive help, but weird choice with pick 38 as well. Maybe plays C?
MIA - Prioritized speed with Johnson and didn’t trust McCoy’s ACL. Still think there was better options
NE - Great value with Lomu at 28
PIT - Iheanachor means AR is probably back. Good OL help
LAC - Mesidor is a good pick in their situation
DAL - Lawrence was well-known as well
CLE - Good pick in Concepcion. Didn’t need a big body and got reliable hands
CHI - Good pick in Theineman. CHI secondary was hollow
NYJ - Love Sadiq here. Down low weapon for Geno
DET - Millar is interesting with who was available. Must have seen something
MIN - Banks is defensive help. They need CB/S next
CAR - Great pick with Freeling. Protect Young in any way
PHI - Had to get Lemon with AJ to be traded
KC - Great trade. Dulane is the best CB available
WSH - Good pick, but Styles played with Downs + Reese. Interested in what he becomes
NO - Couldn’t go wrong with Tyson.
CLE - Interesting Fano over Mauigoa, but OL help nonetheless
NYG - Great pick if they use Mauigoa at RG
Getting a Top 10 pick, a first + multiple day 2 picks, or a superstar player were the only scenarios that trading him made sense from a return standpoint. He obviously didn’t want to play for the Giants, and they got back great value.
