@CBS21NEWS If an older 1980s truck drives by with no personal cell phone on the driver nothing is tracked.
But most people drive modern vehicles your car will send driving data back whether you have any cellular plan or not.
Think of it as a flock for your phone not your license plate
@CBS21NEWS Since most newer cars have built in cellular telematics that transmit your driving history to data brokers which in turn they sell it to insurance companies which causes higher insurance rate rates for some drivers, it connects to this too.
@CBS21NEWS You’ll notice when you drive by that your cellular data stops or is interrupted but can be released by toggling airplane mode off and on.

@Breaking911 Once again the gov is going to mess up things it knows nothing about, NTSC to ATSC 1.0 and millions of TVs left behind, ATSC 3.0 is gonna do it again, Y2K is coming again in 2029.
@Breaking911 For billions of devices and computers DTS is the exception not the rule, manufacturers are not gonna release software updates for legacy devices and POS systems, there’s no check box to always enable DTS only to uncheck DTS, what a mess they’re going to create.

If you were around in the 70s you’ll remember the reactor core coming up Queen St. in York.
@glennbeck Hopefully you don’t cut off the feed at the top of the hour like you did yesterday where it said video no longer available while I was in the middle watching it.
@glennbeck Since Mohammad was familiar with Christians and some scripture, in the original Greek text he might’ve read this verse when inventing the Quran when the Bible speaks of Jesus returning and speaking by the word of his mouth to slay the armies.
@glennbeck Before Pearl Harbor the Japanese representatives met in Washington to negotiate two weeks earlier but had to get out before the end of the month.
