@simonateba@elonmusk Not outraged at all. Elon built massive value through insane hard work and risk — from near-bankruptcy to advancing humanity. Hard work and innovation should be celebrated, not resented.
The next time someone achieves success just throw your hands up and yell it's unfair and rigged -- apparently that's now the American way of doing things.
Americans are struggling to pay for groceries and gas while Elon Musk becomes a TRILLIONAIRE.
When the federal government is for sale, the rich get richer and everyone else gets shafted.
The system is rigged.
@GavinNewsom You missed the part about him building something from the ground up, overcoming failures, nearly going bankrupt, and the people is he helping along the way. What exactly is the system, and what's "rigged" about it?
Elon Musk just became the world's first trillionaire.
The typical American household would have to work more than 11 MILLION years to make Elon Musk's level of wealth.
We need a wealth tax.
@SenWarren Can the people in the typical American household do what Elon has and will continue to do? I don't know about you, but I can barely put together my son's toy rocket ship.
“It is certainly hard to believe that a little company that started in a warehouse in El Segundo is now going public with the largest IPO ever.”
Only in America. Congratulations to @elonmusk@SpaceX. This is the American Dream 🇺🇸💪🚀
Was just telling my son that one of the things that makes watching soccer great is there are no commercials. 25 minutes later, "Dad, what's a hydration break, I thought you said there are no commercials?". 😑
