Before doing home inspections, make sure to request that the entire home is available. No locked closets, or boarded up crawl spaces.
If there ever is a space you can't reach, it's your right to return and gain access with your inspector.

Not newly renovated, no pool, small lot, 3 beds and 1.5 baths.
The half bath was the size of an airplane restroom.
If you needed to buy in the last 4 years, you should stop trying to time the market.
A builder I know said he had to pay $42,000 in COAH (affordable housing tax) on a property he is building a single family home on.
The house he bought was a dilapidated mess. Because of that, it was next to worthless.
So instead of thanking the builder, he gets punished.
A proposed housing plan could allow buyers to tap into their 401(k) for a down payment. This could change the conversation for some buyers, depending on how it’s structured.
