@mchkzn Second phase of construction will be starting soon, which will require the mall to be torn down. Three 40 storey rental towers are going up close to the Queensway.

Might be a good time to inspect/check out some of the other parking garages in Ottawa that are in bad shape.

Start with the parking garage at the Civic Hospital. And the old Sears garage at St Laurent mall. Those are in bad shape.
