@patviera Agree but always come to same thought - DEI/woke madness started under Conservatives and they did nothing to stop it, they enabled it, plus they had Theresa May as leader FFS !
@MattChorley You, and all the other MSM, tried to make the story about Farage to try and shut debate down, deflect & avoid asking difficult questions about the police response to the murder & the DEI/woke capture of public institutions. We won't be fooled or silenced anymore. Defund the BBC.
@Henrik115 I thought this a pretty good listen. Someone with real experience who's crunched the numbers. Crisis point fast approaching, prob end June. Iran know this & neither wants to restart war but quick deal not in Iran's interest, why not wait for point of max pain to get best deal ?
@patviera Oil will stay high.Spare capacity gone. Will take months for ME oil to come back & won't be at full capacity,Iran won't lose leverage.Houthis have kept Suez traffic at 50% simply cos of threat, not actual attack.Driving season about to start. Demand all time high, supply struggling
@NickyAACampbell Absolutely gutted for you. Shocking decision. Hardest part will be there will be no justice - decision won't be changed & best you might get is some lame apology a few months from now. Best of luck for Saturday. Everyone wants you to win.
@Riccardino999 With respect, I don't think it's worth really relying on NAV as a valuation tool for oilers, it's a very blunt instrument, it's always a moving target, and nearly all trade at below NAV. Just my 2p.
@FriesNiklas 2 copper plays for you $scmi.v & #acg.l but they've both had good runs & I hold so I'm biased. Selkirk is restarting copper mine in Yukon, good mgt, good long life asset & Acg is consolidating copper sector with excellent CEO who was main mgt guy at Rusal.
@VukasinPekovic He's back at it I'm afraid. Thanks very much for your warning. I started to research the company then remembered your brilliant x warning post and decided to avoid ! Thanks again.
@Riccardino999 Could we send an expeditionary force to retake the islands, like in 1982 ? Alot harder & open to debate but we're in a much better state of readiness to prevent an invasion now so that scenario v unlikely imo.
@Riccardino999 I think the UK could quite easily defend the islands. Argentina has no navy, the UK has excellent anti-air missile systems and can rush RAF assets there, plus we have 2 aircraft carriers. Argentina's defence spending is something like a miserly 1% of GDP.
@Riccardino999 You then pray that, even if they make it throught the 18 months and the war comes to an end, the govt doesn't nationalise it, as they're threatening to do, as they're in dispute with the oligarch majority shareholder. Shame, it's still a world class asset.
@Metalhead2525 I think fighting will stop soon. IRGC want to get back to milking country dry. They're just a corrupt mafia, only interested in $. They must realise their control over SOH is a complete non starter so they'll just use is as leverage to get concessions on other points.
