Some are

-reduced or plenty urine
Persistent bubbling urine
Leg swelling
Hiccups
Weakness
Vomiting
Loss of appetite

Some of them actually had family members that also had cystic kidneys.

A lot did well..the people that ignored clinic visits had times

Some had cysts in organs like liver , brain etc
Also a case of aneurysm (swelling) in the brain causing Stroke

Polycystic kidney disease

A condition where swellings (cysts) are found in the kidneys . It can affect kidney function

It was not as common as the rest though.

Many of them were found went the patients went for routine tests and later were then referred.

In a number of people with kidney diseases we really didn't know what caused it

This accounted for a few. I guess the limitations of diagnosis is affected by advanced testing available

Perhaps if they were abroad , more sophisticated tests could find something
