@SenRickScott Developers feel the pain of timestamp storage and datetime representation. There are a lot of systems that would need updating but I think we need to lock the clock somewhere. Pick whichever matches solar reality with UTC and be done. Change local operating hours to compensate.

@MicrosoftHelps Opened up help support tickets and phone calls. All take it numbers have been documented and provided to the @FTC. Additionally they will be provided to my bank when I inevitably have to reverse the charge if this is not resolved before then.

@MicrosoftHelps Purchased MS Business Basic on 3/11 From day 1 OneDrive and Sharepoint didn't work. put in 4 tickets and it still wasn't resolved. Asked for a refund and was told no. If I pay for goods and get nothing in return I think thats called fraud @FTC Report #: 157931537

@defenestrator19 @Schlage_Locks I think they may be discontinued because NOBODY seems to have them and nobody can provide any concrete information when they will be back. Not even schlage. Might have to go with a lock company that has a better handle on their supply chain.

@agenericguy @Schlage_Locks I don't think Schlage makes it anymore. I contacted every major retailer that Schlage has listed and nobody has it not can give me a date to restock. Even the Schlage customer service rep couldn't tell me if they would ever have it again. Maybe we should look elsewhere.
