40+40=80+20=100kg Wilma is 20 kg
110-20=90, so divide 90 by 2 since there are 2 Freds and you get that each Fred weighs 45 kg.

It goes on the child's vaccination records which requires signatures per vaccine and parental IDs. I work in medical. If it did happen, the clinic operated illegally.
