At the end of April, Emma Dix from the @JoeDixFdn visited @theFDCNorfolk to give a presentation to students at @accesssportcoll about the dangers of Child Criminal Exploitation, knife crime and gang culture.
The Joe Dix Foundation was set up in Joeโs memory after he was tragically stabbed to death in Norwich. The Foundationโs goal is to raise awareness of child criminal exploitation and knife crime to prevent any family from enduring the heartbreak that Joeโs family has faced.
As part of Emmaโs visit, a catastrophic bleed kit is now located at The FDC. The specialised trauma kit is designed to provide bystanders with the products they need to stop life threatening bleeding until paramedics arrive.
