To all my non-black followers! Do you code-switch? Meaning, do you speak at home the same way that you do at work? Do you modify your natural intonation or verbiage when you get around other groups of people?
Re | Karmelo Anthony Trial
As a teen, I saw it many times where one kid would physically try to move another out of a space that he/she wasn't welcomed. Sometimes a fight would ensue.
I'm almost sure, if another kid had a knife, he would have used it, which is why....
@NCFamilyNCmom@dirkjayl@bobofango86@contemptuousbmf Yes,, the track meet was close to my NEW HOOD. Kids also get into deadly altercations out her in the burbs who come from affluent backgrounds. It happens even if it's not common.
@StevenStocks5 The top right image doesn't look like Karmelo...The kid with the 3.7 gpa who lives in a nice suburban area not far from where I live, with no criminal history living an upper middle class life.
that rifle pic is probably fabricated.. probably not, but in and of itself isn't bad
@alm0st0vern0w@gregrice19771@PatRiot86713135@HMardenborough LOL. Go Away Weirdo and get your racist rocks off elsewhere. If you want a cordial conversation..then cool. But next time you drop the d-bomb, i'm just going to block you. Not cause i'm mad, but because you're being weird.
@Freemarkethuman@contemptuousbmf I would have just walked away too. I wouldn't have had a knife... but if i did... ..lol I might do something dumb.
Which might be why knives are prohibited. They don't want kids doing something dumber than they would already do with their fists.
@bcboater3@HMardenborough Also, I would expect that he wouldn't just be carrying a knife to the track meet. Seems based off of that fake image that he would have pulled out a handgun instead.
@patrickberzai@LenardAnni11776 It's not from that day, but it's plausible to go visit a friend or cousin or coach you know from a rival school under their tent if they are in close quarters.
@patrickberzai@LenardAnni11776 That's just the ONLY story you're willing to tell yourself, Patrick. could Karmelo have only been there to steal? Maybe.
If you can't imagine any other reason then I don't know what to tell you. Humans do particular things for very different reasons. See this picture???
@aerodino71@BK_McCallum Stabbings in fights were very common even 40 - 50 years ago. Iv'e seen some online fights where guys will hand their guns off to a friend and fist up. Really depends on the particular people .
@janet_gart87502 IT IS REASONABLE. Absolutely.
Is it reasonable to believe that a 17 year old male with a knife (he shouldn't have had) who is being pushed on by a bigger kid with his twin brother backing him up to stab a kid (and run away) to intend to kill them?
@StevenStocks5 This isn't from that track meet, but I imagine in this type of setup, you could easily go visit a friend of a rival school, while it's raining when your team doesn't have a tent up (yet).
It's also plausible that Karmelo was there because he was on the track team.
@Russell92730707 Aren't we always talking about the academent under-development of our youth......to go along with the fact that they aren't fully developed adults.
It's plausible to not think through the 2nd and 3rd order effects of doing something like that.
@kjbuys13 Aside question. Have you ever done an IQ test? Most people haven't. I haven't.
Your write! I'm probubly dummer than you, two cents I thenk is pausible to stab sum one hoo is fiscally uhtacking mee once in the chest and den runnaway.
