Lebanon’s Ambassador to Venezuela, Nisrine BouKaram, tells me that no Lebanese casualties or injuries have been reported following the two earthquakes.

- Three Lebanese nationals were initially reported missing. Two have since been located, while one remains unaccounted for in La Guaira, near the airport, an area heavily affected by the quake. Internet and telecommunications outages are hampering efforts to reach him.

- The Lebanese Embassy is continuously reviewing official Venezuelan casualty lists to identify any Lebanese nationals and notify their families if necessary.

- Immediately after the earthquake, the embassy contacted Lebanese and Arab churches, mosques, and local community leaders to locate members of the Lebanese diaspora and verify their safety.

- Lebanese residents whose homes were damaged by structural cracks have been barred from returning and are staying with relatives and friends.

- The embassy has urged anyone in need of assistance or with information about missing Lebanese nationals to contact its emergency hotline: [phone].

According to my sources, the draft proposal that’s supposed to be finalised include:

-End of war on all fronts including Lebanon

-Freeing several billion dollars of Iran's blocked funds

-Lifting the U.S. naval blockade and opening the strait of Hormuz

-Withdrawal of American forces from the immediate vicinity of Iran

After this, the parties will have 30 days to agree on the nuclear issue.
These 30 days can be extended by mutual agreement.
During these thirty days, passage will be facilitated through the strait.
According to Iran, management of the Strait of Hormuz will be an Iranian-Omani issue, and is being negotiated with Muscat.
