@Shapr3D Thanks, Shapr3D ticket response wanted info the crashes didn't provide. Already spent 2 frustrating days on this so I moved on to Alibre. Their install was smooth, was up an running in minutes. Provided superb video tutorial set.

@shapr3d Your ticket form rejects my https://t.co/drKS7B2eOD email address blocking support. With all dependencies verified your software crashes on both my Win10 & Win11 PC's. Your site "solutions" don't resolve this long term known issue. Any help? #Shapr3D #CustomerService
