We were delighted to hear that at last week's meeting of the Prince Phillip Trust Fund, chaired by His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh, funding was agreed for Learn About Britain to work with refugees and asylum seekers in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
We were saddened to learn of the passing this week of Richard Harries, Baron Harries of Pentregarth. Richard was a great friend of Learn About Britain and sponsored our 2025 reception in the House of Lords. Read more about his extraordinary life in his obituary via the link below
