…everyone gets the weather isn’t great and could cause delays but at least communicate with the people paying to keep you in a job. Shambolic customer service & in keeping with the poor comms I encounter on my monthly @AerLingus flight. (5/5)
Abysmal customer service from @AerLingus over the last few days. Firstly my outbound flight to BHD was delayed, no comms as to why. Get on the plane at c.09:00 (original take off time 08:30) and pilot announced at c.09:10 we’d be de-iced shortly. No further announcements… (1/5)
…they disappear back into their gantry. (I wish I could retreat every time I didn’t like something I heard at work!). Eventually get rebooked onto new flight for tomorrow to a different return airport. Still don’t know what flight cancelled. Shambles…(4/5)
@Steve_Crossman I dragged a cold, fed up, crying wife round with me on the wettest September day you can imagine and we did it in 9.30hrs so anything more Steve and you’ll need to have a word with yourself 😂
I know it’s cudda, wudda, shudda but if Sagan didn’t screw Cav over in 2017 and he hadn’t got the virus, Cav would have hammered the TDF stages record by now. #TDF2021#Cavendish#cycling
